On what days do the Splashtours take place?

Where does the tour start and/or end?
The Splash-Tour starts and ends at the stop / departure point directly at jetty 2 of Reederei City Schiffahrt H. Gabriel
An der Untertrave, at the corner of Mengstraße opposite house no. 93 (Altstadt side).
What are the prices?
The price for an adult is 24.50 €. The price for a child is 16.50 €.
Where can I make a reservation? You can make a reservation via our website, at the Lübeck Info Center on Holstentor Platz or in some hotels. Combination tickets can only be reserved online. You can carry out your payment safely using your credit card or by Pay Pal.
How do I find out that the amount has been paid? If the payment has been made you will receive an e-mail from Ogone confirming this.
How can I cancel? The reservation can be changed free of charge up to 14 days before. This can be done by telephone on the number +49 (0)451 300 23 76 or by e-mail to email@example.com Click here to view the cancellation conditions.
How do I receive my tickets? After payment has been received, you will receive an e-mail with the payment confirmation. Directly after this, you will be sent a second e-mail with your admission ticket.
I cannot print out the ticket, is that a problem? If you have only booked one ticket for Splashtours, it is not a problem if you cannot bring the ticket with you. If this happens, we recommend that you note down the ticket number (5 digits) and show it at the ticket inspection. If your booking is successful you will be entered in our passenger list. If you have booked a combination ticket it is, however, important that you print the ticket out at least once and bring it with you. If you do not have a printer at home, we recommend that you have it printed out on site at our premises.
Why have I not received any tickets?
If the e-mail with your ticket does not arrive within a few minutes, this can have two reasons:
1. The e-mail has ended up in your spam folder. In this case, you must look in your spam folder to see if your ticket has been filed there. If you do not find it, we recommend that you tell us another e-mail address via firstname.lastname@example.org by telephone on +49 (0)451 3002 23 76.
2. The e-mail address has not been correctly stated. If in doubt, it is best to contact Splashtours in order to give the correct e-mail address. To do this, send an e-mail to email@example.com or call the telephone number +49 (0)451 300 23 76.
Where is the best place for me to park?
At the centre of Lübeck, all parking is at a charge.
There is a small number of parking spaces at “An der Untertrave”(please pay attention to the parking signs)
You will find a large parking area at the Musik- und Kongresshalle on Willy Brandt Allee.
Are there disabled parking spaces in the area?

Are Splashtours also held in the autumn and winter months?
Only in November and up to 23rd December. Afterwards, only for groups from 25 people, on request. Depending on the weather conditions (freezing rain / strong snow) it can occur that in the months of November up to and incl. 23rd December, some tours are cancelled or are postponed.
Can guests who cannot walk well also take part in the tours? The bus is not wheelchair-friendly. Unfortunately it is not possible to get into the bus with a wheelchair. If you can enter the bus yourself using the steps, you are welcome on board. Up to when is my gift voucher valid? The gift voucher of Splashtours has no expiry date, so it remains valid.
Is there room to take a baggage trolley or luggage?
The Splashtours bus is not a normal bus. Features that are common on normal buses are unfortunately absent from the Splashtours bus. There is therefore also only room for one piece of hand luggage per person. Baggage trolleys and suitcases unfortunately do not count as hand luggage.
Is there a toilet?
The Splashtours bus is not a usual bus. Features that are frequently to be found in a normal bus are unfortunately absent from the Splashtours bus. There is therefore unfortunately no toilet on board the bus. You will, however, have the opportunity to use our toilet at the departure point before and after the drive. Ask our personnel on site.
